It looks like Lester, Beckett, Buchholz, and Dice-K. What do you think? Does Wake make the roster for the ALDS?

As big a fan of Wake as I am, I'm afraid his last start has booted him out of the starting rotation. However, it appears that V-Mart has shown that he is quite capable of handling the knuckleball, so I see having Wake in the bullpen as a real possibility.

I think they may keep him off of the ALDS roster to give him some more time to get better like they did last year. Byrd could be the long relief guy.

After today's outing by Buchholz I think Dice-K should be the 3rd starter in the ALDS.

Wake. I don't think he's going to get better until he has surgery. He might make the cut in the ALCS...if we make it that far...and if his back/leg gets stronger. But, I fear he saw his last til on the mound in 09.
As for the rotation, if Beckett and Lester get the job done in Game 1 & 2...I think Clay is the perfect guy for game there. If not, I think it should be Dice-K. I do worry that Dice-K is going to allow people on..and then the running game happens.
