Lars Gets the Call

The Red Sox have called up Lars Anderson from Pawtucket to take Repko's spot on the roster.  Repko is headed to the DL with a shoulder injury.  With Gonzo at first base, Lars will see limited AB's as a pinch hitter as well as playing some occasional outfield.
