Winter Meetings Day 2 - Red Sox Hot Stove is Frozen

So it looks like Cherington and Valentine went to Dallas to deal with things in Boston.  The only news about the team surrounds current players, here's the latest:

David Ortiz is very likely to be back either by accepting arbitration or signing a two-year deal.

Aceves wants to be a starter and so does Bard.

Carl Crawford doesn't answer Bobby V's calls.

Andrew Miller has been re-signed.

Hopefully things will heat up in Big D soon and the team can fill some of the holes.
