Red Sox Showing Interest in Hisanori Takahashi and Noah Lowry

The Boston Red Sox are showing interest in Japanese pitcher Hisanori Takahashi.  Last season he went 10-6 with an ERA of 2.94.  You can view his stats at JapaneseBallPlayers.com.

The Red Sox are also attenting a workout by Noah Lowry next Tuesday.  Lowry hasn't pitched for the last two seasons and is looking for a major league deal.  There are at least five teams planning to watch the workout.
