Team of the Decade?

Quick, who was the team of the decade for the 1980's?  Can't answer?  That's because it doesn't matter.  FYI the Dodgers are the only team that won the World Series twice in that decade.  If the Yankees win the World Series they will claim they are the "team of the decade," as will the Phillies if they win.  Some Red Sox fans will argue they deserve the title and you even have people claiming it belongs to the Cardinals.

If the Yankees win tonight or later this week Red Sox fans shouldn't worry too much about the team of the decade debate because they will be bombarded with the 27 rings thing everywhere they look.  So please Philly, find a way to win this thing and you can have my "Team of the Decade" vote.

I never heard that crap until they said something the past week. Thats only trying to hype media listoners on somthing that doesnt matter. Just like the team of the centry, but that does matter, a little.

How is it we follow a uniform more than the team itself? Representing the uniform you choose to root for no matter the players. If the yankees and red sox switch players today would you be a yankee fan? No. Wow scary thought, lol.
