Roy Halladay could be a member of the Red Sox by the end of next week.  The NY Daily News is reporting that the Red Sox are trying to land Halladay quickly:

The Red Sox are "putting on a full-court press" to acquire Roy Halladay..."They would love to get it wrapped up before the winter meetings (beginning Dec. 7)," the source said


UPDATE: ESPN Boston says there is no rush to get the deal done so quickly:
A source told ESPNBoston.com reporter Gordon Edes that there is "nothing" to the timing and urgency mentioned in the report.

I would give up Buchholz for Roy, but NO other person than Roy. A future Hall'r, Heck Yeah! It must involve 7 years and the signing of Beckett as well.
